Sorry but I tried to run the software but it crashes on my Win 7 64 bit machine even with the dlls.

Did it say anything before crash? (Error message, etc.)
Also did you try to launch it from the command line? (otherwise it will appear and close very quickly).

That is very strange, I had the same problem . I just recompiled it and the problem disappeared! Try to download and launch it again.
