Default Has anyone tried i7/4770R on prime95 ?

There are no results in http://www.mersenne.org/report_benchmarks/ ; I'm a little interested as to what the 128MB fast L4 cache gains you.

I suppose I should wait patiently until quad-core-Broadwell-with-L4-cache is out, and just buy one to experiment with - it'll also be interesting to see what the optimal block size for msieve linear algebra is.

I doubt I will be able to afford a Knight's Landing machine, partly because I have spent my local-extravagences budget for the next year on a trip to the Indonesia eclipse next Spring, with a side-trip to Komodo to see the dragons, and partly because I would be a little surprised if single-Knight's-Landing systems were at all readily available - Intel are showing off boxes which take four blades - but a man can dream.
