Pincerknight has asked to join the game. Would we all be happy to take this player into our team?
Personally I think we would do well with a fourth team member and would be very happy to give pincerknight a chance. But what do you both think? |

Indeed!:tu: Meanwhile someone who is no longer connected with our voting chess has posted something in the public thread about possible cheating by a newcomer. I'm a bit concerned that pincerknight could find that unfriendly and get discouraged, as I know I would if I'd only just joined mersenneforum.org and then read that. So... if you have no objection, davar55, maybe we should send a quick invitation to pincerknight welcoming him/her to make it clear that the unfriendly posting is meaningless? Perhaps, WMHalsdorf, you could just send pincerknight the password in a message? Or am I being too hasty? |

Let's here what the mod says about having another person joining before sending a password. It would be best to at least send a message to him/her to say that it is not out view of the subject. Is there a way that a a group message (something that has all are name's as sender) can be sent.

I have no problem with a fourth player, except my backseat may get crowded.
Whatever you both decide. |

I don't believe that's technically possible, sadly. (Of course I might be wrong.) But you could perhaps send a message as team-captain on behalf of all of us, saying that we would all welcome pincerknight into the team. |

Any news? Are you handling this, WMH? Let me know if I can help in any way, please.

I'm under the weather at the moment and having a hard time keeping on track of things I have to do.
I don't think the other team would objrct if added another player so feel free to ask if he/she wants to join. It's taking me several minutes to get this far. for a reply. |

I suspected you might be ill. Hope you're feeling better very soon.
I'll message pincerknight on behalf of all three of us. |

No reply from pincerknight to my PM so far. Naturally I'll say if I get one.
