Passing on manual work

I might have missed the obvious somewhere in the instructions, but let it be good advice to other novices... don't publish that hash!

To add work, put the manual assignments in a _new_ file called worktodo.add in the same folder with worktodo.txt.
To report work, send the results.txt to primenet using the report form, or copy/paste results' txt contents there. Delete it after (or save it somewhere, or rename it before, to be sure, etc).
You don't need bothering to edit any file. Prime95 does the rest. You don't need to stop/exit P95, or anything. The program is so clever to check periodically if .add file exists, and transfer its contents to .txt file, distributing the work optimally to the workers. These guys here are so pro that they forget the basic features from time to time (like worktodo.add).

In the Prime95 window, choose Options -> Preferences, and in the dialog box set "Days of Work to queue up" to 0. With that setting, even if Prime95 runs out of work no exponents will be automatically fetched.
