I finally killed the job known as Phi_3(Phi_31(1087)) and resubmitted it as job 1686__9863_3m1.

It seems be acting as expected. Will continue to monitor it.

Ah, yes. That looks much better. Perhaps the parenthesis caused a problem but other jobs went through just fine.
