C169_15428908531_23 in the 14e queue still has a problem as mentioned here, or could it be something else?

QUEUED AS C196_146_83

C196_146_83 has survived substantial ECM: 30K curves @ B1=300M and another 20K curves @ B1=850M (this last courtesy of yoyo@Home). Originally designated a GNFS candidate, subsequent analysis suggests SNFS edges out GNFS, especially when poly searching time is added to the effort. Sieving should be performed using 15e on the -r side.

Code:
n: 7017016091884920408283942283435468101375185745936392981230006908723773868406776252291039837357085953340654379078233939625848466346796875650528859315489533897860802426206368540602768449650495282543

# scaled difficulty: 283.77, suggest sieving rational side

Test sieving on the -r side, with Q in blocks of 10K:
Code:
Q=30M     16505
Q=150M    13224
Q=300M    11222
Q=450M     8953
Q=600M     8318
Q=750M     7520
Q=900M     7277
This would suggest a sieving range for Q of 30M-980M using a target number of relations = 930M.

I tend to oversieve, so please adjust the Q sieving range as appropriate. If no one wants to postprocess this composite, I will do so once my 32 Gb machine completes its current 33-bit efforts.
