It looks as though White is playing the Benoni Defense (or Defence).

The obvious response is d5.

3. d5 b5
4. cxb5 a6
5. b6 d6
6. Nc3 Qxb6

Their queen is flushed out early, but we have little control of the center. May be good, may be bad....

If we do this then black could take our pawn on d4. Yes we could take back with our queen but nc6 would force our queen to move again basically losing a move. We also wouldn't have the same control over the centre which we would otherwise have.
