I'd prefer to wait until the holidays pass before we start the new game, i.e., after New Year's day.

Yes, I think at least one other person said the same thing. I guess we can spend the next two weeks receiving our passwords, getting used to the new settings which Mike has made, and congregating in our respective subforums so that we are ready to start the game on January 2.

Sounds good to me.

If we use less days on a move, do we get a time savings bank?

Best for me if first move is on a weekend.

So are the teams finalized? (Once they are, the team captains can start herding their sheep.)

One task that would be nice to complete before the game begins is selecting a team name.

We think starting the game on January 5th seems reasonable?

If anyone objects to the formation {paulunderwood (cpt), henryzz, richs, retina}, {WMHalsdorf (cpt), Brian-E, davar55} please say so now.

I etched these names on the wall of my cell. No objections here. I am ready to referee. ^_^

Your name has been etched on the walls of both sheep pens since the moment they were built. Much appreciated.

Are we all agreed on the teams? Or do we wait for a week for newcomers before giving out passwords?

It appears there are no objections so we think it is safe to send out the (easily guessed) passwords.

It would be nice if we could find a fourth member for the team playing black. Any volunteers?
