Default Transfer of results

I finished TF on exponent 96062479 today using mfact.

I was sure I was logged in and uploaded my results. When I looked at my results page, I saw that my results was not there. Tried to upload again, and only got results for 68-69 as to be my work.

Looking at exponent status, I saw the results were uploaded as a ANONYMOUS user (so somehow I got logged off)

Can the results be transferred to me? The credits not the issue, just the satisfaction that the hard work is behind my name (did TF to 77 on a GTS 450, so it took a few days )

How did you get the assignment? If you just chose it out of the air, how did you submit it?

Remember that PrimeNet and this forum are different and one log in does not log into the other.

Here is the "history". I did this many times before, so I know how to do it.

-- Logged in on GIMPS
-- Manaully reserved that specific exponent for TF
-- Did the TF upto 77
-- Logged in on GIMPS
-- Uploaded my results manually.

So either I failed to notice that I was not logged in after all, or my slow internet timed out (don't know).

The important thing here is this exponent was tested, so now a P-1 (and maybe LL if P-1 does not find factor) can be performed.

My reason for participating in GIMPS is to find/not find factors so that maybe a new Prime can be found.

If the results can not be transferred to me so be it - will just be nice to have it part of my work done.

Or the 48 hour cookie timed out behind the scenes.
That cookie can invalidate your session moments after a fresh login, because it operates independently.
I found this a trap when repeatedly commencing sessions with the GIMPS server at the same time every day.
