195 wall-time-hours on six cores i7/5820K for linear algebra (18.56M matrix with density 120); about 31000 thread-hours on 40 threads (mostly Haswell) between 3 March and 5 April to obtain 389392152 relations of which 329994449 unique.

I'd run 4992 curves at B1=6e8 on this number, representing 300 hours on GTX970 for stage-1 and about 1050 thread-hours on K10/1900MHz for stage-2; that's a bit over the expected number of curves for a 55-digit factor, so missing a 57-digit one isn't very surprising.
