Thank you, Rebirther!
Now, the bug is fixed on all LLR 3.8.12 applications.

Thank you Rebirther.
Also you need to update the prpnet client but I don't don't if the latter is compatible with the new prime output of LLR client.

New output
Code:
189*2^1547744-1 is prime! (465920 decimal digits) Time : 756.733 sec.
Old ouput
Code:
189*2^1547744-1 is prime! Time : 756.733 sec.

What are the constraints of "expression" in -q"expression"? Can it handle e.g. Gaussian Mersenne candidates? I can't find any clarification in readme.txt.

In looking at the code, it shouldn't be a problem.

It is specified while setting llr -h :

-q"expression" Test a single k*b^n+c or b^n-b^m+c number.

Gaussian Mersenne candidates are tested as one of the Aurifeuillian factors of
4^p+1 with p prime, and the candidates must be in a file...

Is your machine overclocked? This latest LLR version runs hotter.

Yes it is, but those numbers are so small that temperature is around 48°C
Second if it "overclocked" for 3.8.12 will be also for 3.8.11 , but there is no problem with same sieve with 3.8.11
Last; you could also try and post results: you can see one of tested number in my post :)
