This would be a good time to clear your cache. For chrome users, you can do this for a single page.

If your browser is calling for saved versions of web pages, mersenne.org might be getting REALLY confused.

I press "Forgot password?", then "Username", enter my login (Lkhv), press "Continue", but there is no result, no errors, no further steps.
There is only the "Continue" button appears.
Please help me.

Just for clarity, do you need access to your GIMPS (PrimeNet) account? Because I see here you have the right username already.
Just for your information, the mersenneforum and primenet are two different entities. If you made an account here, you can (and need to) make a different account there (having the same name, or not).

If you are trying to get access to an old account of yourself on GIMPS server (PrimeNet server), and no email was set, then you need to write an email to George and convince him you are the owner of that account, and he may reset the password for you.

Otherwise, anybody could pretend on a public forum that he is LaurV and he forgot the password, and ask for a new one.

The fact that I have not forgotten my password, and the system is stopped to let me after the change of site design.
By itself, the account is no longer needed me.
Just because of the long inability to log in, I was not able to reassign exponent (332301113) for a new term. Already done 58% LL - test (manual testing). I can send the files as to reassign the back and to recover account.

No problem with that, if you already worked ~60% of that 100M-digit, please continue, if you want to.
When you finish your work you can send the result in, George will credit it to you.
Meantime you can try to solve the problem with the login, write to George, or send him a PM on this forum (his user here is "Prime95").
It is a pity to lose ~2500GHzDays of credit, I advice you to finish the work and send the result in. If you still can, and still want.

Currently, the exponent is not assigned, and if you continue with P95, it will be automatically assign to you by continuation (resuming the work). Generally, you have no competition there, and even if someone does take the same assignment (poach you), it will be considered a double-check. Nothing lost.

If the account is no longer needed by you (this I understand from your writing) then the easiest solution is to create a new account, to record your new contribution.

If you are "Dmitriy L", then it should be no problem for George to reset your password, giving the fact that you knew the login name, different of display name, it can be a proof that you are the same guy, so a password can be reset and sent you by PM.
