Core i7 vs Core i7 - AVX
I got a new processor as a Christmas present to myself, and I'm wondering if it makes sense to re-compile GGNFS and Msieve for the processor (i7-4930K) or just use the Corei7 exes I already have.
Is there any advantage (speed-wise, etc.) to be gained? |
