Correct, Chris and I have obtained a number of exponents from the server that the machines "leela" and "mother" released. We don't use them though, to not further complicate matters. The list here is 'authoritive' on which exponents are 'poached' by whom and which ones are free. But of course, I can make errors too, so additional checks are always good.

OK, I am sorry the list is confusing. The machines "leela", "mother" and "tycho" can be ignored, indicated by the "-" and being in a seperate column.
All other machines are trusted.

The v5 server is doing a great job recycling abandonded assignments. So, only the very slow machines are hindering progress, and the machines which are stuck but able to maintain a hold on their assignment.

I intent to compare the number of remaining assignments per range of 10.000 against a line y=c/x. The variable x needs to be shifted to adjust to the point of 60 days after the cut-off point for preferred exponents. If these lines significantly diverge, it will be worth investigating. With a bit of luck we might be able to promote two Mersenne primes to their definitive rank this year.

I'll post the results here in this forum and we will see how many assignments need extra attention. I am happy to see the number of outstanding obstacles to promote the next Mersenne prime to its definitive rank is slashed in half due to this joint effort.
