We have until early tomorrow to post. It is too early for me though so tonight would be preferable.

Now that we are within 24 hours of the deadline for making our move, I suggest - if David and everyone else approve - that all four of us post our current preferred move. This is just to make sure that when we have to play the move we are not forced to guess anyone's vote if they are not around. It does not prevent further discussion or changing of any votes before the move is played.

Also, since David mentioned earlier that the deadline would be too early in the day for him to post the move at that point, I suggest that we all also post the latest time, before the deadline of approximately 06.45 Universal Time on October 12 at which we can undertake to be here and play our move. The team member who posts the latest undertaken time gets to play the move at that time.

My preferred move is 11...Bb7. Should we have an equal split in opinion, I am prepared to vote 11...Nc6 instead if it creates a majority decision, because I think that move is nearly as good.

The last time I undertake to be here before the deadline is 22.00 Universal Time on October 11.

EDIT: On previewing this post I see you have just posted as well, David. Is the above protocol OK with you?

What I outlined about sending the move might be too formal, and if it turns out that we have a consensus on the move then maybe you, David, can just post it after all at your convenience.

Let's all at least write down our voted move now, and we can take it from there. Okay?

Bb7 for me.

We have about 17 hours until our deadline which is very early Saturday morning my local time (I am in Connecticut for my nephew's wedding). So I will post tonight after the rehearsal dinner unless David beats me to it.

Great, but for some reason I still don't see it in the public thread.

Just in case something's gone wrong, I'm going to post the move myself now. Sorry if this is meddlesome... just nervous in case we don't meet our deadline.:smile:

Don't worry. I need to start posting before posting here rather than after. I end up doing something else during the minute wait and then forgetting.
