PFGW build help (with MSVC 2012 Express)

I need to build PFGW to look into a possible bug. I downloaded MSVC 2012 Express and the OpenPFGW sources.

The build fails because WinPFGW uses MFC which is not part of MSVC 2012. I disabled the WinPFGW project and did "rebuild all". The output says the other 7 projects all built successfully. I see the compiling this-and-that lines go by and libs built. However, the linker never runs. Can anyone tell me how to get MSVC 2012 Express to actually link a pfgw executable.

I have a computer at home that I can install it on and try to build. I hadn't thought about it because I don't have an MSDN license for it, but I can install the Express Edition and play with it.

MFC is not possible on Express version. Tell me what you need. I can build it for you.

The OpenPFGW sources at sourceforge can build either a Windows executable that requires MFC (the WinPFGW project I disabled) or a console version. I can't figure out how to get it to link the console version.

I appreciate the offer of building what I need, but I'd rather learn how to build it here for any future debugging I need to do.

The console version of pfgw does not need MFC. George is trying to help me debug a problem.

You guys can get the premium version of VS2013 as a 180 day preview from Microsoft, if VS Express is causing problems for you.
