Is E-score calculated by cado the same as that msieve calculates? My poly for this number at 2.82e-13 is the best score found for a C172 on this forum; yours would beat any poly found for a C171 (never mind a 172).
The latest CADO may have caught msieve for poly select- particularly for those who don't have a GPU setup.
