I expected the result not needed. I do not understand Factors found: 0.

The exponent has already been double-checked (no surprise, it's ~5M, and we've checked all below ~26M). I think that's why PrimeNet says TF results are not needed: it doesn't expect you to run TF on DCd exponents. It's still recording your work, though.

AFAIK PrimeNet doesn't care about DC status when processing TF reports.

Its "not needed' message is about only whether that bit level had previously been reported as searched, I think. I know for sure that when I've reported additional TF levels on already-DC'd exponents, I've never gotten the "not needed" unless I'd mistakenly specified a bit level that had already been reported as searched.
