Well at 3.3 GHz the temps goes back to 60c, only goes higher when its running at 4.8GHz

No, all the 6 cores are around 76c-80c

Sounds like your CPU waterblock isn't properly seated on the CPU. If your water temperature hardly changes with CPU load change, this is almost certainly the culprit. However, you could also have air in the lines, or other pumping problems that prevent the water in the block from proper flow.

I wil have to take a look at this, but to make sure i speed up my pump.The water does get hot when im using the gpu touh.



I have all the CPU c disabled, together with speedstep.
I setup to 4,5GHz and istil throttling at 75c.
Istill no clue on this :(
