v4 computers

I have showing in the summary ( http://www.mersenne.org/account/ )

1 V4 computersVersion 24 and earlier

This machine is now running v29... and has its own new name.
How do I transfer the records/credits for this machine in its old form, which shows under http://www.mersenne.org/v4_migration/, to the machine which is listed in www.mersenne.org/cpus/ ? (There is no tick box to merge them.)

I cannot get the V4 CPU Credit Redistribution Tool to work.
