Memtest86+ shows no errors but computer crashes with Prime95

You can easily monitor the temperatures with HWMon on Win.
As for the cause, it may be unstable overclocking (you did not buy H100 just to look fancy, didn't you?).
Modern RAM modules usually come with heatsinks, so I doubt it has anything to do with that.

So, check the temperatures(CPU cores and the others) before crashing.
If they're fine, maybe you need to raise the voltage up a bit on the CPU.
If it's overclocked, then downclock 'till it's stable.

Well, the H100 was bought as the price for that was the same as a silent Noctua heat sink. I didnt overclock the cpu yet. didnt have the need. I wanted a silent computer so the H100 was a great cotribution to that.

I turned on the chassis fan to blow air out at high speed = draws air into chassis also at high speed. I noticed the temperature in the cabinet dropped with 10 degrees, and also the amd 6970 dropped from 76 degrees to 69 degrees when running MfaktO as it gets fresh air.

Im fine adjusting this machine now as 2x Nvidia Titans comes tomorrow. so I need to ensure optimal airflow in the cabinet and get rid of some dust for the last year..

I also have a very small fan, which I am considering mounting on the side of the memory to blow air through the heatsinks of the memory chips..

Ill get the machine stable, Im sure it has to do with heat..
