The webpage cannot be found for win7 64

The link to the windows 7 64 bit software doesn't work for me.
ftp://mersenne.org/gimps/p95v277.win64.zip results in The webpage cannot be found.
Any help?

Works fine for me under Opera. I did not follow through with the d/l, but it shows a ~4.5 megabyte file.
