When I input my user ID, I receive a message user not found. I have been a member for years and I am currently factoring 30,382,237

Why do I show up as member not found?

The user names and passwords for mersenne.org and mersenneforum.org are not the same database. This is a separate entity.

PrimeNet reports that exponent as assigned for double checking (not factoring) to ANONYMOUS. When did you create your user id? If it was before 2008, this is probably the problem.
