yeah we had a thread when they changed the password, Dubslow was pointing out that one thread per move might work, since the average ranking is usually based on 40 moves where I play this could be 40 threads per game.

Indeed. We also need to agree on when to finalize a vote, and which notation. I had suggested using algebraic notation, since it's easiest, most common, and I'm most familiar with it.

I had also suggested that we send in a voted move when one move cannot be beaten by any other (or when all votes are in, obviously).

Raman, will you be playing with us?

PS, I'm not very learned in the art of openings, though of course they get first move.

Neither am I really. I usually open the same way each game unless forced otherwise, But I do a lot of on-line tactics training on the site I go to.

Yes. As far as, as long as I am being freely
enough! What colour? When beginning in to start? White or black colour otherwise?

We'll be black, so we have to wait for them to make the first move.

We will track the game here:

Moves are to be submitted to Batalov, who will update that thread accordingly.

How long do you think will it take for the entire game / one such move
case?

Not expect me to be regular enough for a long term game! as such, as since

Hopefully, I am not being the team lead, or otherwise I would not afford to wait for
such long term games!

My own preference would have been to play a league game, round robin, and then the
knockout formats, that in which each game would have hopefully lasted in to at most a
few hours or so, otherwise, thus, thereby.

The idea was one week per move, so it would be rather long term (unless one team loses right off the bat :razz:).

If you want, we could have a round robin tournament within our own team anways. :cool:

It would rather be good enough to create a poll for all the moves.
How does it sound?

Is it being possible for you to be able to create, being the poll
making process with more than ten options, with all the possible moves,
maybe, even including the less preferred ones. maybe, the multiple choice
poll options, selection process even, for the first few opening moves,
as such, as since.

By using the same way,
For this example, consider with,

1.e4 (King's Pawn Opening)
-> 1...e5 C20 King's Pawn Game
-> 1...c5 B20 Sicilian Defense
-> 1...c6 B10 Caro-Kann Defense

-> 1...d6 B07 Pirc Defense
-> 1...d5 B01 Center Counter Game
-> 1...Nf6 B02 Alekhine Defense
-> 1...Nc6 B00 Nimzowitsch Defense
-> 1...g6 B06 Robatsch Defense

-> 1...d5 A09 Reti Opening
-> 1...Nc6 A05 for the transposition process into the Italian Game / Ruy Lopez / Scotch Game lines.
-> 1...d6 A04 Wade Defense
-> 1...e6 A04 What??

1. Nc3 (Dunst Opening)
-> 1...e5 A00

1. f4 (Bird System)
-> 1...e5 A02 From's Gambit
-> 1...d5 A03 Dutch Variation

1. b4 (Polish Opening)

When will, can a move's decision process be, being finalized enough rather
all at once. Well let me know about it as usually casually enough rather`
