Any "Organized Atheism" is probably a contradiction in terms -
it's only the positive aspects of any kind of belief that can
hold a group of people together for any length of time.

It's basically a joke about the Atheist church being protested by the crazy Agnostics and a riot ensues. Not really very funny (just like the cartoon itself--stupid adult swim always letting me down) but it fit the topic.
