It might be where you live but a conspiracy in these parts is two or more people plotting a common course of action. A foot, on the other hand, is not a hand but one of the appendages on the other two limbs. I'm no lepidopterist mind you, but monarchs migrate in North America. Claim the beastie if you like, but what would one measure with such precision?
