What is so Complicated? :D I think that if you did pics of the collar insignia (if you/we decided to stick with the navy) would clear up much confusion and at the same time save space, I know that after the image it says the rank, but hey.... I personally think that collar ranks look cooler... the only downside is that ensign and JG are the same thing, ensign is gold and JG is silver so colorblind people might have a tough time... o well I put 2 more cents in
