But "using this forum like a Wiki" is not how it is used. For that (drumroll, please), ...there is Wiki!

Forum is for a free flow of dialog (occasionally monologs, but that's from very lonely people), intermixed with jokes and plain nonsense, and also for diatribes, venting your frustration, boasting 11-digit factors alerts to interesting stumbled-upons, news-flashes about software releases, debugging and whatnot. Scan this forum. You will probably find some miniscule islands of "mathematical information" as you say, that are fit to print. Everything else is just like a talk at every poster session you will ever visit (or a coffee room/watercooler/staircase kind of a talk) - not like a formal conference session (cf. Wiki). In this setting, it is very impolite to change your statement while your buddy is answering (except for typos).

Putting it into the other way, (can the Soap Box forum be used to keep / is the Soap Box forum being meant for keeping) away the my own pêrsonal content, stuff and information, then to keèp it like an archivé, without getting others to bother it at all, or otherwise getting lack of disturbance from the other people from within forum?

Or otherwise what other forum is being better suited away for the carrying away these tåsks, for keeping away old persoñal arçhives? Lounge, maybe? Fun Stuff material!
