Huh? There are only 2 active LL assignments in that range.

Yep, but there are still loads of lower expos which have never
got started because people have HOARDED them and can't
seem to be bothered (assed) to TF them to 72.
This has been the case for~ a year. Surely these should be
reclaimed. This is the "tidying" my thread title was mainly
referring to.
