Compare interim files with different start shifts?

It makes it easy to automate the comparison. Here's a program which wakes every minute, checks the supplied mprime directories for new interim files and compares them with Batalov's code if necessary. All it does is display a warning to the user. Tested working on linux, I think it's portable to windows but haven't tested.

Something fancier might try killing mprime, deleting all but the last known good save file and restarting mprime. Assuming the tests are on separate computers, this would require an instance of the babysit program running on both pcs, with a comm system between them so mprime on the other pc can be reset. A big faff I can't be bothered with atm.
