DIMM1: GeIL CL5-5-5DDR2800 5 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 400 MHz) (4-5-5-13 @ 333 MHz) (3-4-4-10 @ 266 MHz)
DIMM3: GeIL CL5-5-5 DDR2-800 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 400 MHz) (4-5-5-13 @ 333 MHz) (3-4-4-10 @ 266 MHz)
ASUS P5QPL-AM LGA775 uATX Motherboard

I personally don't know much individual errors, but generally speaking, errors come from one or more of a few sources:

1) Overheated CPU
2) Undervolted CPU (if you never fiddled with the clock speeds, this isn't the issue)
3) Bad memory

The 1st is much more likely than the other two. Download HWMonitor and have it open while running the stress tests. If it reports temperatures above ~75-80 degrees C, then that's probably the issue. If so, possible fixes include getting a new heatsink, applying new thermal paste, and cleaning out dust. The last two are more likely, considering the age.

You can test the third option by running a program called MemTest to make sure your memory is working. You can also try different modes of Prime95's stress testing options. If the "Blend Test" fails (that is the default, so I assume you ran that) but the "Small FFT" doesn't fail, then it's probably memory.

Report back your findings, and we'll see what's going on.

i think it is no.1 - overheating.

core 1 = 98°C
core 2 = its always 2 more °C

i used this programm
http://www.chip.de/downloads/Open-Ha..._48246953.html
because hwmonitor didnt get my sensors.

edit: now hwmonitor works and it shows me the same°C

greetz ^^

Yeesh, yes, that's definitely the problem. It could be either old thermal paste, broken heatsink, or dust.

(For evidence of the dust problem, see
