newbe question(sorry)

When i started the software it told me that there was a Error 5. i tied looking throught the forum and i didnt see a listing of what the errors ment or how to fix them. can some one please point me in that direction thanks.

Could you please tell us what operating system you are using and what your netwoking setup is.

There is a FAQ, possibly out of date by now, that describes a few PrimeNet error numbers. It doesn't seem to say anything about Error 5.

Sometimes the server experiences a few problems... if you try it again in a while it might work.
