sorry I was busy playing on my Wii fit plus. got me trying to lose the 30 + pounds I need to according to BMI, and I burned over 212 Calories in just over an hour.

Good luck, though it's going to be very difficult to do that with exercise alone (especially Wii exercise, which is often not very strenuous). For reference, calculate how much ice cream you would have to eat to gain all those calories back. It's something like two spoonfuls :)

Losing 30 pounds and keeping it off will likely take you several years. People often don't realize how much discipline they're going to need.
