I have discovered the problem. SP1 changed how my searches were being performed (they are now case sensitive for some reason).

Interestingly, this is fixed once you have searched for the item using the correct case once. After that, it is no longer case sensitive. I have tried with several other files. Weird!

XP has a selection box for case sensitivity hidden behind "More advanced options" and requires an extra click to open. I would expect that 7 will have a similar option. But perhaps it has been buried deeper behind multiple clicks in the interests of making things
