GPU to 72 status...

Can I request that (at some point) you put in a line or two of code to guarantee that those LLs below 45M are put into the assignment pool for our workers? Those are much harder to get, because they're only available around 0000 UTC, but that means we have to time Prime95 finishing tests correctly, because Manual Testing does not count for 'preferred' exponents. So I would like for GPU272 workers to get as much access as possible to those below 45M (after proper factoring of course).

I was amazed to get a raft of 43M assignments starting at 68 the other day. After the first lot, I went back for more.

I pinched* the bulk of them. For no other reason that I can. :)

I noticed that some of the ones I pinched had already done a single LL check.

300 P-1 tests saved.
1,821 LL/DC tests saved.
157,177 GHz Days (431 GHz YEARS) saved.

Just reported my first TF factor since 12/24/11. P-1 has been delivering regularly, though.

However, while we're looking at graphs, do you see any glaring similarities between the one above and this:

Hint: There's the 10-20K pack, and the 40-60K Club.

You don't see as great a gap, in the 11-20 graph, and there's less visual bunching up. But 11-20 is scaled in 1000's and 1-10 is scaled 10x that.

In reference to this graph, I will note that Jerry Hallett obviously has a new GPU "thingy" of considerable power. I expect him to claim a spot in the Top Ten very soon. :(

You mean besides the fact that they're more or less the same?



We should get nucleon to hold off for a week, have him and Xyzzy do a dump at the same time, and see if we can break PrimeNet and/or GPU-to-72.
Edit: Or better yet, have everyone with a GPU hold off for a week and do one massive dump. I can see it now: "Total Throughput for Today: 8000 Petaflops."
