I just checked my profile and found out I was born on Pearl Harbor Day. The gerbils must think I'm a senior citizen because I live in Florida. I'm old, but not that old!

So far the guinea pig avatar hasn't had any text added to it. But I think I was once indirectly responsible for encouraging the gerbils to add a description to someone else's front end for a time. During a discussion in the soap box I referred to the person in passing as a "relative newcomer to the forum": I can be quite direct like that though I didn't mean to be insulting and I was quite surprised when the person reacted furiously to this factual description as if stung by a wasp. Then I had to laugh when I saw later that this same text had been added to the guy's avatar and stayed there for months afterwards.
