Well bbb120 is in China so the post is reflecting the difficulty that people not from Hungary and New York can have.

Because such robotic behavior is typical of spammers.

Spammers need to break the forum's initial defense of having several first posts approved. By default, all new members are mute. And there - they break defense by posting a few semi-meaningless messages and get approved if they look 'human' enough (and hey, look, obviously fooled one of the mods, and apparently fooled you). Then the spam follows.
