Running a benchmark on Windows64,v26.6 build 3 (as verified by the help menu of Prime95) is reported at the server as coming from Windows64,Prime95,v26.5,build 5

The 65 bit trial factor benchmark is now appearing on the server again, after a hiatus with earlier v26 versions. That part's good.

Prime95 version 26.x will not run on our Intel i5-2500/Asus P8H67-M PRO/CSM (REV 3.0) combo. Version 25.9 works fine. We have not tested mprime yet. The OS was Windows Vista Basic (64-bit).

Does 26.4 run OK? The AVX detection was added in 26.5 and I'm hoping/fearing that is the cause.

We do not have an answer for Windows Vista Basic (64-bit) but mprime 26.6 works fine in Debian Linux (Squeeze).

The only change we made to the system was to turn off "virtualization technology" in the BIOS. We are unsure if this is relevant.
