No, your honour.

I would translate (rather freely): "What does it matter to you how powerful whom you fear is, as if what you fear him for couldn't be done by anyone?"

If they don't make any post for twice the current post limit or 1 hour, whichever's longer, then the counting resets. That way spammers (whether bot or human, advertising or: ) can't post too quickly, while normal people won't be bothered much.
that limits it to 7 post an hour if I've done the math right starting with 7.5 seconds and continually doubling. I'll deal with it I have other things I can do.

I count that in a minimum of 63.75 minutes you could make 9 posts (there's no delay for the first post, then there's a 15 second wait from post 1 to post 2, etc.), after which you'd have to wait 64 minutes to post, or wait 128 minutes to reset the count. In any case, all the numbers, including the factor of 2 difference, were just examples and could be different.
By the way, the Location has returned to the user box.

I forgot that that's only if you try posting constantly.

Really?? Well, that's wonderful news, congratulations on getting it sorted out! So whatever the problem was, it's solved and we can all look forward once more to enjoying your creative and challenging puzzles instead of the more recent spate of one-liners in all current threads and tedious resurrections of ancient ones.

Let's see, tedious is an insult, right?

So this is all sarcasm, right?

So Brian-E is lazy and mean too, right?

Some of it could be so interpreted. But the phrase "enjoying your creative and challenging puzzles" was absolutely genuine and intended to be taken at face value.

Sometimes I go too far and I have certainly been known to inadvertently upset people. If I have done that to you, you are certainly not the first.
