As others have suggested, you can install Linux in a virtual environment on your Windows box. As long as your Windows is 64-bit, and your CPU supports hardware virtualization, and you have enough memory to run an OS inside an OS, it should be about as fast as running it on its own. I installed the latest 64-bit Ubuntu in VirtualBox in Windows 7 64-bit.

Making sure I don't catch up with my work in the 159x area?
![]() 1600 is looking like it's a little ways off, especially now that I've started trying to clean up the ones that are sliding in behind me... and, with how slow they're getting... |

Haha. firejuggler was beginning to tap into the 1600 area but I was already playing in the upper 1800's.
Just to be official, I'm doing work above 1940. |

@firejuggler: I think I might have stepped on your toes a bit - sorry about that, if I did. I finished 15xx and saw a very few 160x and grabbed a few thinking RichD had released that area. I now see it was you who had it. (I see the last note he wrote prior to this one.)
@all: There are no more candidates between 1000 and 1600, now, but quite a few 7xx and five 9xx have shown up. I'll do 9xx for now and if I don't see a reservation here in the next few hours, I'll put the 7xx group to work. |

Since another load of smaller PRPs has arrived, I'm going to work with the 6xx group as well today. But anyone may feel free to beat me to them.
![]() So, I am currently working to clean up the 6xx-15xx area... |

Lots of little stuff is showing up. I'm going to knock some out, but if someone else would like them, go ahead and beat me to them or let me know here to leave them alone...
Working anywhere below 1600, but favouring the higher end... BTW, there is a 638 digit number, ID 1100000000489773674, that has been certified and verified, but still is flagged as PRP and showing up in the list... |

Anyone working the 16xx area? I'm not seeing any progress with 1612 or thereabouts. I'm going to start advancing upwards from there unless I get a "cease and desist" order...

There is currently no worker available for certificates processing, 67 ones are waiting, somebody knows when will the workers be back?
