Default 40 questions round 3

The rules as they currently stand:

1.) 4 hour sit-outs instead of 24.
2.) Strictly question, answer, question, answer ... A "yes" or "no answer" means you get to ask another question. If you don't ask again within 8 hours someone else can step in.
3.) The only other comments allowed are suggested changes to the rules or requests for rule clarifications.
4.) (NEW) In addition to Yes and No, the original poster will answer "No answer" when neither yes nor no are appropriate.

The category is "Animal".

Use caution in your questions, here be dragons.

Is it a currently extant, actual, real, physical animal (or something derived from one)?
For clarification, if the animal has gone extinct since 1950, we can consider it currently extant.

And I yield the floor if the answer is yes.

2) On average, for a fully grown adult male, (is its height greater than 40cm) OR (is its length greater than 40cm) OR (is its width greater than 40cm)?

(That's "OR" not "XOR".)

5) Is it a specific individual animal (like a famous horse or something)? Yielding, either way.
