40 questions round 3

he rules as they currently stand:

1.) 4 hour sit-outs instead of 24.
2.)Strictly question, answer, question, answer ... A "yes" answer means you get to ask another question. If you don't ask again within 8 hours someone else can step in.
3.)The only other comments allowed are suggested changes to the rules or requests for rule clarifications.

I'll admit I haven't quite followed 2 lol
