It appears that we had an ECM miss with 2,2086L.

This was tested past p55. On the topic of Lehigh, we currently
have a test version of a windows7 image that now includes condor
(on 38 pcs, just in the hours when the site is closed). Here's hoping
that the windows people are satisfied with the test, so we will have
more robust ecm soon. -Bruce
