Much in the same way that these tweets are from those who chose to reveal themselves (not the brightest bulbs), people often note that it is mostly stupid criminals that get caught.

After the election results, we now have 30+ petitions collecting thousands of signatures each on Whitehouse.gov asking for state secession.

Previous watch lists that government has been accumulating have been bloated beyond usefulness. If only we could get a fresh list of malcontents, possible anarchists, and secessionists. And if we could get them to self-register on an official government site... Nah, no one could be that stupid... D'oh!

I've now been forwarded an article about the 'other' campaign's implementation:

In contrast, check out the post-mortem on Romney's information management efforts. It seems that their design philosophies and computer technologies that are relics from the internet boom of the late 90's and early 2000's:

It's clear that pharma isn't quite ready to embrace this new way of doing data intensive research, but I believe it's only a matter of time before that changes

Obama is the first president since Eisenhower to win more than 50% of the popular vote in each of two elections.

No Sh!t! Harding?!!

EDIT: Coolidge?!!

EDTI2: LBJ and FDR I can more understand (AND Tricky Dick.) I wish the list could be sorted by column. Reagan certainly back in the pack a bit.

Can't you click the top of the column? The small triangular arrows? Here Mr. Firefox can sort it in unlimited number of ways...

I only use Firefox, except for very rare occasions when only IE will work. This seems to be a table without arrows or live headings.

EDIT: Did you look at the link?

EDIT2: Aye! My script blocker was keeping that from working. All is as described.

I did, and there are definitely arrows there. I've sorted it myself. Try clicking on the column headers, even if the arrow doesn't appear.

See above. I run NoScript and allow things selectively. I wasn't paying attention in this case until well into the exchange.
