If you want to look at it this way, yes. GPUto72 is currently running to 76 bits, a prep for the next step. Before, this would be P-1, but now, I am not sure.

I too have found a 39-digit factor. This was on 5/05/2019. Mine was ECM. M83621. It is here. I never checked on any list to see if it was there. Doing so never seemed important at the time.
