Maybe the 22M will be finished by then, but not the milestone.
The other missing exponent, 23480917, is progressing very slowly, if at all at the moment, and I don´t believe it will be finished by the end of the year.

How about this week.
Someone "assisted" the abandoned exponent and finished it.
The active (albeit very slow) assignment is expected in a couple days.
