I have not seen any work done on ports 12000 and 13000 for several months although the servers have been available the entire time. Is anyone still interested in the PRPnet effort? If not, I will shut there servers down.

There's still plenty of it available to be tested. Just a couple of hours after my last post it looks like Carnivore did some work on port 12000. So I guess there still is some interest. I just wanted to make sure that the project had not died.
