"www.mersenneforum.org" not working

Is there something wrong with "www.mersenneforum.org"? I can only get onto the forum on just "mersenneforum.org" without the www. Firefox is saying it can't find the server for www.mersenneforum.org, but downforeveryoneorjustme.com is saying it's up. Internet Explorer has the same problem. What's going on?

I haven't had any problems getting on via the usual "www.mersenneforum.org". I'm using IE8 on Windows XP, if that makes any difference.

I was getting 403 errors for everywhere on the forum earlier today. I was on a different machine/network. Is there an IP issue going on?

Our uptime utility does not show any weirdness, and we did not notice anything amiss, but mysterious things happen sometimes.

BTW, the forum has a static IP address:

One diagnostic procedure that could be done if things get weird is to see if the wiki is up. It shares the same IP address.

But, 403 is not an uptime issue. It is a 'Forbidden' error. I tried a saved link to new posts, the main page (with and without www), I tried to link across from Mersenne.org; no joy anywhere.

I had done an IP lookup and found that. I tried to ping and got zero results. Not a one in 4 came back.

I got that fine. Tried linking to the forum from that, nope, no go. I tried pining again right away too, no go.

I am not getting the general corporate firewall "ACCESS DENIED - Consult the Interwebs usage policy you slacker.", which pops up instead of some ads on Yahoo even. So, unless they added a special switch. I have tried to access on a separate PC that is nearby to that one, but on the same network with the same login. That one does not have a user cookie set for the forum.
