windows 7 it's just start-> search box->type something related to what you want to find.

The GGNFS is there, but the msieve is not present anywhere on the comp. I guess that was also lost with the 100 GB I suddenly lost.

How'd you lose 100 GB?

Msieve is easy enough to replace, but that's only 0.002% of the 100 GB...

True enough, but it was apparently still with the 100 GB I lost.

I'm guessing there must have been 100 GB in Temp files, although it also invaded the documents and erased everything I had there as well.

Something fishy must be going on in there...

system restore ? this might get it back.

lucky me I have no restore points but I have almost nothing on my main computer drive(under 40 GB) lol

think I might need to clean temp files etc lol over 90 Mb in temp files lol.

Oh, so you don't know that you lost anything. I could imagine that being temp files, though that's a bit on the large side.

I'm doing a virus scan I found files i don't remember and I'd only save 3 Gb or so deleting all my downloads etc. in libraries.
