AFAIK yes as long as it's just resting or stunned, and
hasn't gone to meet its maker.

When you make the computer "sleep" Prime 95 is paused, like everything else that is running.

If the screen saver only goes into sleep mode the CPU can keep running prime95 but if the whole system really goes to sleep nothing is running including prime95
